The Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is mainly used to monitor in realtime tyre pressure while driving is an effective measure device for guaranteeing safe driving. The system helps to reduce pollution emissions, tyre maintenance cost, car accident, proves the fuel economy and safety of drivers. Tyre pressure monitoring system measures tyres pressure and temperature. The TPMS integrated into GPS tracking device and consists of pressure sensor and RF Module(A radio frequency module which receives data broadcast by pressure sensor). The pressure sensor mounted in tyre and broadcast data(consist of pressure and temperature data), which received by RF Module configured to it. The pressure sensor contains non-rechargeable battery while RF Module get voltage from external device. The data send via GPS Tracking device to server, where data get processed and real time warnings will generated. The warning can be generated whenever tyre pressure crosses the maximum or minimum safe pressure level, when it changes suddenly and when temperature goes high. The range of pressure and temperature of tyre can be modified by user through the user interface. The system will help to increase the efficiency of operation of the vehicle. The system has been implemented and tested on a car and a bus. It has given accurate results while proving to be user friendly.
