dc.description.abstract | Mobile messaging is one of the best application to reach out the customers. If companies like banking sector, health sector aspire to instruct their customers who are having limited insight on technology or current affairs, the adequate approach is to circulate message. As part of my off-campus project, I have been given to develop a web platform that sends custom text messages to elected contacts from file. Messages are sent to contacts based on specified scheduled time. It achieve a report that showing the status of each contact and other contacts minutiae of selected blast. Analysis of how many contacts are reached, not reached and not reachable helps in knowing our customer reach. Hence, It was demonstrated as dashboard in a web application. | |
