dc.description.abstractDunzo is a Google backed all-in-one 24X7 delivery platform, that fetches and delivers anything and everything within the city. In 2018, Dunzo launched a new feature of bike taxi. Since it was a trial based feature and due to other factors like reliability, scalability, architecture, android application with this feature didn’t work as expected. There were almost 90% drop offs due to various reason, unstable android application being the major one. This project in focused on revamping pillion module in Dunzo user application. We have changed the architecture, flow, design and user experience.
