Biography
Naresh Jotwani obtained his Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay in 1973, and subsequently his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Engineering from Rice University, Houston, Texas (US). Since 1977, he has taught Computer Science/Engineering subjects at UG and PG levels in India, Singapore and the US. For several years, he has held administrative positions of head of college/institute. Earlier, he had also served in computer industry for a total of about five years, in India and Singapore. He has to his credit several technical and non-technical publications, including articles and books, and a few consultancy assignments. He lives by choice in a rural setting about fifty kilometers north of Gandhinagar.
